Hello Eagles,
We are building healthy habits together! Whether it’s getting enough sleep, establishing daily routines, or making nutritious food choices. A healthy body supports a healthy mind! We encourage all students to come to school each day with a nutritious snack and lunch to stay energized and ready to learn. Developing these healthy habits early helps children build lifelong wellness routines.
Healthy food ideas include:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables (apple slices, carrots, cucumbers, grapes)
- Whole-grain sandwiches, wraps, or crackers
- Yogurt, cheese sticks, or other protein-rich options
- Water or milk instead of sugary drinks
Please remember to leave candy, chips, and sugary treats at home. These foods can cause energy crashes and make it harder for students to focus in class.
We also remind everyone that sharing food is not allowed, as some students have severe allergies.
