Hello Eagles,
Thank you to everyone who was able to come and cheer on our annual Halloween Parade! What a fun time it was, and such valuable memories we are creating with our students. These moments can inspire reading and writing activities in the classroom and at home.
Can you believe it’s already November? This is a great time to reflect on how our students are developing independence. Is your child settling into the school routine by packing and preparing items for school each day? For our younger students, that might mean getting shoes and backpacks ready the night before. For older students, it could be charging their Chromebooks and completing assignments independently.
Let’s take a step back and notice where our children are showing independence and where they may still need support. Building these habits now helps them feel confident, capable, and ready to take on new challenges as learners.
Stay tuned for our upcoming Parent University Workshops! These sessions will be a chance for us to learn together about strategies to support your child’s growth and success. Come join our dialogue and shared learning—each workshop will include valuable resources and takeaways you can use at home.
Safety on campus… you may have noticed a few signs on our campus gates. We remain a closed campus and secure our gate by 8:05 for students safety. Any person entering campus would enter through the front of our school and would need permission on site as we take student safety a priority. Please reach out to your child’s teacher if you have any questions about our safety precautions or monthly drills.
