2024-2025 Home School Connection, week 25

Hello Eagles,

February is Black History Month, a time to honor the achievements, history, and contributions of Black individuals who have shaped our world. Throughout the month, our students will engage in meaningful discussions, activities, and readings that celebrate Black excellence and resilience.

We invite you to be part of this celebration! Whether you’d like to share a personal story, read a book to a class, or highlight an inspiring figure, we welcome your participation. Your voices and experiences enrich our learning community, and we would love to have you join us. If you are interested in sharing or reading with our students, please reach out to Mrs. Alday. Also, don’t forget to submit an entry for the annual Black History Month Art & Writing Contest. Thank you for helping us make this a memorable and inspiring month for our school!

Have you heard about our new milk dispensers? All elementary schools are transitioning away from cartons. Students have shared how the milk taste better and is colder. Check out our student video about the new dispensers by clicking on the LINK

Don’t forget to mark your calendar for minimum day on Wednesday, February 12. School Dismissal is at 12:05. For important dates this week, please click on the Home School Connection, week 25.
