Moving Soon or Not Returning Next Year
If you have moved or have plans to move, please contact the school office with your new address. If you are not returning next school year, please contact the school office so we may discontinue your enrollment at our school/district.

Medications at School? Please Pick Up
If your child has medication at school, please pick it up on the last day of school. Any medications left behind will be destroyed. Please remember to pick up a new Medication Release Form also for the next school year at the same time.
