Hello Eagles,
March is coming in like a lion (and hopefully going out like a lamb). According to the Farmer’s Almanac, weather folklore stems from ancestral beliefs in balance. With so much wet stormy weather, we are hoping to breeze through a smooth March and glide into a calm April. A similar thought I share with you… if we work hard in March, things will be a breeze come April.
This month, I ask that we focus on student reading goals. Practice reading with your child every night and find a great place to enjoy a good book! Provide your child with a selection of book varieties from cook books, to magazines; a book from our school media center, or a classroom book. Share the love of reading and watch your child blossom!
